1. Applicability of Accessibility Legislation to Our Company

ADVIGA AB is a communications agency based in Sweden. We provide our services exclusively in the business-to-business (B2B) sector and do not address consumers with our offering.

The requirements of the Swedish Lag (2023:254) om vissa produkters och tjänsters tillgänglighet (Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services), the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), and the underlying EU directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) therefore do not apply to ADVIGA AB or to this website, for two independent reasons:

• Microenterprise exemption: ADVIGA AB employs fewer than ten persons and has an annual turnover of less than two million euros. It therefore qualifies as a microenterprise within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC and is exempt from the accessibility requirements for services under both Swedish and German implementing legislation.
• B2B exemption: EU Directive 2019/882 and its national implementations apply only to products and services intended for consumers (B2C). As ADVIGA AB provides its services exclusively to business clients, these provisions do not apply to our offering.

2. Our Position

Although we are not legally obliged to make our website accessible, it is important to us that the content of this website can be perceived by as many people as possible. We endeavour to follow common standards for legibility, contrast and structure, without however guaranteeing full conformity with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).
